Nourishing, Seasonal & Soulful Cuisine

At Goddess Empowerment Retreats, the food is designed to nourish your body, uplift your spirit, and enhance your retreat experience. The meals are freshly prepared onsite in the commercial kitchen, using seasonal ingredients along with herbs and vegetables grown freshly at the venue.

Our menu for the Winter Retreat is tasty, home-cooked vegetarian cuisine, crafted with love and care. Influenced by Asian, Indian, and Mediterranean flavors, the dishes are vibrant, nourishing, and full of goodness. We occasionally use dairy and eggs, and for added depth, some meals are enhanced with spices and chili for both flavor and medicinal value.

We love to showcase seasonal vegetables, complemented by protein-rich legumes, grains, tofu, and tempeh to create balanced and satisfying meals.

A typical dinner may include:
     🥣 A comforting creamy vegetable soup or slow-cooked dhal
     🍛 A flavourful curry or Mediterranean-style stew packed with legumes and veggies
     🍚 A side of rice, quinoa, or rice noodles
     🥗 A fresh, seasonal salad
     🌿 A variety of toppings like nuts, spices, and seeds for added texture and taste
     🧀 Occasionally, we may include cheese or eggs, but we’ll always provide a vegan alternative

We encourage you to nourish and reset while at the retreat. Enjoy our selection of herbal teas and stay hydrated with plenty of filtered water. For those needing a caffeine boost, there is organic plunger coffee and tea available,
